You can walk in during our opening hours, no appointment needed for a general eye checkup. If you are coming for something specific like contact lens fitting or dry eye therapy, calling or messaging us beforehand helps us set aside proper time for you.

The cost depends on what tests you need. A straightforward glasses prescription check is simpler, while a detailed assessment for dry eye or binocular vision involves more steps. We always tell you the cost upfront before we begin.

Yes, there are options now. Myopia in children is increasing in Nepal, especially with more screen time and less outdoor play. We offer myopia control methods including special lenses and guided treatment plans that can slow down the progression. The earlier we start, the better the outcome.

Absolutely. Dry, irritated eyes from screen use are very common, and you do not have to live with it. We offer dry eye therapy that goes beyond basic eye drops. We figure out the root cause and build a treatment plan around that. Simple changes in your habits combined with the right therapy can make a big difference.

Contact lenses are safe when they are properly fitted and you follow the care routine. Problems usually come from wearing cheap lenses bought without a prescription or not cleaning them properly. We do a proper fitting, measure your eyes, check your tear film, and teach you how to care for them.

Bring your current glasses or contact lenses if you have them, along with any old prescriptions or eye reports from previous visits. If you are on any medications, make a note of those too. For children, bringing their school health report can be helpful.
